Cancellations and Reschedules

At Massage Amani & Spa, every session is designed to bring you peace, renewal, and the highest level of care. To reserve your time and ensure availability, all appointments are prepaid at booking. If you need to make a change, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice through your Vagaro confirmation link. With this notice, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment at no cost for any available date and time. If you are unable to choose a new date right away, the value of your session will be placed on a Massage Amani & Spa gift certificate, which can be applied toward any of our services. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee, with no refunds or credits provided. If you choose to shorten your service upon arrival, the original booking length and cost will still apply. Intake forms are also required in advance to ensure your safety and comfort. These guidelines allow us to honor every guest’s time while creating a consistent, welcoming spa experience. 

 We will be ready on time for your session. All sessions must end on time, even if you are late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled unless you let us know you’re still on the way.

Spa Etiquette

Please keep noise in the hallway and lobby to a minimum and turn off the sound on your phone. Out of respect for other guests, children are not welcome at the spa. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Inclement Weather

Your safety is our top priority, especially during inclement weather. We will proactively contact you two hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm if the studio will be open. If weather conditions make it unsafe for you to travel, we understand and accept same-day cancellations without any penalties. We will simply reschedule. Please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring your well-being.

Gift Cards, Discount Codes, and Packages

All sales of gift cards are final. Gift cards are redeemable for massage services and related treatments, not cash. Gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Only one discount code may be used at a time. If you have a gift card for a service and prices have raised, we will honor the amount initially spent on the gift card while requiring payment for any new overage. Packages are shareable and non-refundable. Packages are subject to the cancellation and reschedule policy.

Sick Policy

If you have cold, fever, nausea, flu, or Covid-19 symptoms, please reschedule as soon as possible. We cannot massage a sick person as it puts us and other clients at risk. If you arrive sick, your session will be canceled with no refund.

Service Animal Policy

Massage Amani & Spa welcomes guests who rely on service animals. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a service animal to your appointment.

Some of our therapists have allergies to animals, and early notice allows us to schedule your session with a therapist and treatment room that best accommodates your needs. Our goal is always to create a peaceful, inclusive environment where both you and your service animal can relax and enjoy your time with us.

Refusal of service

For safety reasons, staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to the following: Intoxication, hate speech, sexual or romantic advances, contagious or unidentified skin conditions.
